◆ Permitted Uses

• Posting assets overlaid on character sprites on your SNS.
• Streaming on YouTube, Twitch, and other streaming platforms
  • Monetization through affiliate program
  • Accepting donations
• Uploading videos to YouTube, TikTok, and other video sites

◆ Commercial Use

If you intend to use the assets for any purpose other than those listed above that generates revenue, a “商用ライセンス" (Commercial License) is required. You can purchase product licenses on the individual asset sales pages on BOOTH. After purchasing a license, you must submit a report via the designated form.

■ Examples of Commercial Use

• Production and sale of merchandise
  • Key chains, pin badges, online prints, etc.
• Sale as digital products
  • Thumbnail for voice products, online Cheki photos, etc.
• Distribution as paid bonuses
  • Membership-exclusive wallpapers, rewards for donations, etc.
• A separate license is required for each individual asset.

*A license is required for each asset. *Once purchased, you may use the same asset for as many times as you like. *Distributing the asset as-is without combining it with your character sprite is prohibited.

◆ Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited. If you engage in any of these activities, we may ask you to cease using the assets.

• Use in combination with images or models for which you do not hold the rights
  • Don't using these for fan art, derivative works, etc.
• Redistribution of the data
• Using the data or screenshots for AI training
• Any other acts that defame the creator or the work
